TokAllityTerms of use
1. Who we are
TokAllity (the app) is provided by TokAllity, contact by email, email contact@tokallity.com (the provider).
These terms apply to the TokAllity app for Windows and to the TokAllity website. By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What TokAllity is
TokAllity is a free tool for TikTok LIVE streamers. It connects to your public LIVE, shows gifts, comments and likes, and runs sounds, text to speech (TTS), actions and OBS overlays.
TokAllity is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd. The app uses an unofficial interface to read public LIVE events, which TikTok can change or block at any time. We cannot guarantee that the connection will always work.
3. Who may use the app
Only adults (18 or older) may use the app. TikTok also requires you to be at least 18 to go LIVE.
You are responsible for your TikTok account and for following the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The provider is not liable for restrictions on or removal of your account.
Connecting to TikTok requires a TokAllity account with a confirmed email. One person has one account. Keep your password to yourself. Only verify TikTok accounts that are yours. We may close an account that breaks this rule or is used for abuse.
4. Licence
You get a free, non-exclusive licence to install and use the app for your streams, including streams you earn money from.
You may not sell, rent or present the app as your own, or remove author notices. All other rights to the app, its design and name remain with the provider.
5. Points, wheel of fortune and points rain
Points in the app are virtual. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money.
The wheel of fortune, bets and points rain are for entertainment on stream only. If you as a streamer link points or game results to cash prizes or items of value, this may be a game of chance or prize game under the Federation of BiH Law on Games of Chance (Official Gazette of FBiH no. 48/15, as amended). You are then responsible for permits and compliance.
6. Your content and copyright
You must have the right to use the sounds, images, videos and songs you use in the app, as required by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of BiH (Official Gazette of BiH no. 63/10, as amended). Playing other people's music on stream may infringe copyright and TikTok rules.
Your files stay on your computer only. The provider does not see or receive them.
7. What is not allowed
You may not use the app for harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, fraud, bypassing TikTok protections or anything unlawful.
Keystroke simulation, OBS, Minecraft, Streamer.bot and WebHooks run on your computer with your settings. Do not link them to actions that can cause harm (deleting files, purchases, sending messages on your behalf). You are responsible for such settings.
8. No warranty
The app is free and provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for lost earnings, lost data or damage arising from use of the app or its integrations.
This does not exclude liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, which cannot be excluded under the Law on Obligations, nor your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Law of BiH (Official Gazette of BiH nos. 25/06 and 88/15).
10. Ending use and changes
You can stop using the app at any time and delete it together with its data folder. You delete your TokAllity account at api.tokallity.com/delete.
We may change these terms. We publish the new version in the app and on the website with a new date. The app will ask you to accept the changed terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We will first try to resolve any dispute by agreement over email.
If that fails, the competent court in the provider's place of residence has jurisdiction, unless consumer protection law provides for a different court.
